I CAME FOR THE MUSIC

Those of you who have been frequenting this website and viewing other websites that put forth a similar message already know the score with the exterior world. We live in an absolutely corrupt, sadistic and predatory environment that has long forgotten its divine potential. The rapacious appetite of humanity's elite masters has so infected our collective consciousness that it oftentimes seems hard to envision a "way out" of the mess we've gotten ourselves into. Exposing all the secret societies, clandestine government projects, corporate poisoning and spiritual disinformation has done little to "rock the boat" or shake the elite's pyramid power structure at its foundations. Many well intentioned souls feel exhausted in their efforts to initiate change and awakening.

It is times like these when the champions of human love must take a step back from all the "dirty work" that needs to be done. Otherwise, the collective muck of humanity's shadow side can begin to pull one into despair and defeatist resignation. The fatigue is not a signal to give up your very important work. Instead, it is a sign to relax and take in a little beauty before you go to work again.

This is the heart of the spiritual value of any "Sabbath" teaching. The time to recharge is not a time of fearful, obedient acquiescence to a system of religious doctrine, but merely an opportunity to remember your joy. Filling up on the good that is present in the world puts the soul back into a state of balance, giving it the strength to stride in its chosen path of life and not stumble desperately through its existence.

When I look for my "joy" in this world, what comes rushing into my perception are the myriad forms of music that have carried me throughout my life. Music has been the inspiration for many of my creative efforts in my still very young life. It has connected me to other cultures and times, moved my heart, shaken my "booty", and even healed my body by resonating with my chak
ra centers.

Music, at its heart, is vibration. It is energy. As its pure potential, it is as neutral as all other forms of energy. Intentionality can turn that potential to benevolent or malicious uses. Music is also a language, maybe our first common tongue. An education in music certainly couldn't hurt and would more than likely enhance the quality of our lives.

As I repose in the joy of music, I am sometimes hit with the awareness that this art form may possess the key to human liberation. The elite masters of this world are well versed in the sciences of manipulating energy to hold down the upward, transcending pressures of human consciousness evolution. Music may contain the "codes", if you will, to break their hold and empower our spirits anew. Let the call go out that musical messiahs are needed!

From a philosophical perspective, music is the reflection and expression of our shared experiences. We resonate with songs because they speak to the events of our lives in mostly meaningful ways. When I am tired and curse the world for being so wayward, wounded, arrogant and stubborn, I remember that the music that I love so much was born out of the oppression and struggle of human existence thus far.

For all you unlearners who tire at the immensity of both your individual and our collective awakening process, The Institute recommends that you take some time to remember your purpose. Ask yourself, "Why did I come to earth at this point in time?" While the answers will be many, as a Spirit delving into the morass of third density existence, I can clearly say that I know one of the reasons I would gladly sign up for this "gig" over and over again. I came for the music!
