Used to think that History
was the glorious story of our country.
But now I see the disparity
of how the rich run the world with clarity
while the rest of us beg for their charity.

The TEACHERS know exactly what they are lyin' about.

Used to think that God was a "he"
who sat on his throne guiding destiny.
Then I heard that God was a "she"
who loved like a mother unconditionally.
Not bad, I say, but both aren't true.
This division keeps separatin' me and you.

The PRIESTS know exactly what they are lyin' about.

"What's the point?" you say.
"Why even begin?"
