DEAR JOHN
No, This Isn't A Break-Up Letter

Pat,
I heard the "Boston Cage" commentary. What are you talking about? Do you have any real solutions to any problems? Anyone can criticize, but without options what good is it?
Your confused cousin,
John

Dear John,

Thanks for expressing your confusion again. Actually, I disagree with your assessment about how easy it is to criticize a situation. It takes courage to voice your convictions, especially when you know they won't be well received by many. Part of the problem is that people only believe what they see and hear on the mainstream news networks. By doing what I'm doing, I'm giving people another way to look at things. That's the beginning of the unlearning process…to realize that you have been lied to for quite some time.

Going further, why is it that you are asking me what you should do about the problems I am highlighting? Why do you need someone to tell you what to do? Your own voice and conscience certainly knows right from wrong and will be a much better guide than I can be. What would you do if you knew the following...?

1) September 11th was an INSIDE JOB, orchestrated by shadow factions in several national governments (especially the US government), for the purpose of instigating a global war on terror...whose main purpose is to be a Trojan horse. Under the guise of protecting you and your family, governments will turn each nation that acquiesces slowly into a prison state...ultimately creating a more rigid class structure than any Nazi or Hindu Brahmin could dream up.

2) Your State government and the US government have been lying to you about your income tax situation. Unless you are doing business with the government, or voluntarily agree to be considered as doing such, the income you make in your private business dealings is not taxable. The LAW says so. Yet each year we are led to believe that it is, through one of the greatest conspiracies of ignorance and fraud of all time, and VOLUNTARILY, though begrudgingly, pay them on time and hope that somewhere in the future, we get some benefit out of them.

3) Jesus, the world's most popular religious icon, never died on the cross, lived to nearly 60 years of age, and was no more a man of peace or of the poor than George Bush or John Kerry.

This is just a starter list. What would you do if you knew these things to be true? Would you need me to tell you what to do?

I believe that everyone knows what to do once they truly see a situation for what it is. If you disagree with or can't see any of the above truths I used as examples, then that is why the confusion remains...because in essence you can't see the problem. This has nothing to do with intelligence. Many articulate and learned people, with much more advanced degrees than I, still can't see these things. Not because they really can't...but because they really aren't looking, don't want to look, or are part of covering it up because the system benefits them. You and I come from the working class. We saw first hand the kind of life that leads for most people. My father was a very unhappy man most of his life, and he worked his ass to the bone. The same was true for my mom. We say "rest in peace" when people die because, for most people, that truly is the first real time when they can relax and not worry about the shit of life anymore.

Why do parents sacrifice to give their kids a good education? Isn't it so that they can have the opportunity to create a better world than the one they lived in? Why is it that you can't see that the ideas we currently govern ourselves by simply aren't delivering that better world for us? In fact, if you listen to them, it's getting more and more dangerous by the minute. Such thinking always gives rise to new Hitlers, Napoleons, Mussolinis, Stalins and Caesars. For me, in my life, I've had enough of that garbage. Each of those truths that I used as an example has such a liberating quality to them that my life has gotten 100% happier since I discovered them. My money is my own, my life is my own, and my spirit most certainly is my own.

Why do I do what I do? Why do you do what you do? I do it because it gives me joy. I really couldn't care if another person wakes up or not. I am awake, and the song I sing through my website is just that. A song...if you like the tune, come and sing with me or just hang out and listen. I'm a great soloist, but a chorus, band or orchestra would be a lot of fun, too!

I don't know if I can say it any clearer than that. Is there a snowball's chance in hell that my visions for the world could get adopted by enough people to make some external changes around here? Probably not. But there is a relatively new science out there called Chaos Theory that says that a butterfly flapping its wings could start a chain reaction of events that ultimately leads to a hurricane. If a butterfly can do that, imagine what a human being can do (for good or for ill)! We have tremendous power at our disposal, John. By pointing out the corruption of the world, I am offering people the choice to see again, and to decide whether or not they want to keep giving their power away to that system, or spend it more wisely on crafting a new life that can deliver "the goods" a lot more efficiently than we have been.

What that "new world" would look like is really not decided yet....but I'm all for waking up enough people just to have the debate!

Love you!
Patrick
